Titan Balls take the opposite approach. Each sphere weighs 850g, giving a combined 1.7kg (3.74lb) of solid steel. The user holds both in one open palm and rotates them around each other using only the fingers, first clockwise, then counterclockwise.
Because the weight shifts constantly, the hand has to keep adjusting to control it. That continuous, uneven load works the tendons, ligaments and deep stabilising muscles of the hand and forearm in a way fixed-resistance tools cannot.
