Speak in One Language and Be Heard in Another
Transync AI works alongside Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and other meeting platforms. Users join the meeting normally and open Transync AI separately, without requiring other participants to install a plug-in or invite a meeting bot.
During a call, Transync AI captures microphone and computer audio, identifies the languages being spoken and displays bilingual subtitles. With AI voice playback, it can also read the translation aloud.
A Virtual Microphone routes that translated speech into the meeting as a microphone input. An English-speaking user, for example, can speak naturally while Spanish-speaking participants hear the translated message directly through the call instead of relying only on subtitles.
Where supported, Voice Clone can make the translated output sound closer to the original speaker. This workflow can support international sales calls, product demonstrations, supplier discussions, remote training and multinational teamwork.
Supporting the Meeting Before, During, and After the Call
Translated voice is part of a broader live meeting translation workflow.
Before a meeting, users can add product names, industry terms and background information through the AI Assistant. During the call, bilingual subtitles provide a visual reference, while Picture-in-Picture mode keeps translations visible over presentations and shared screens.
After the meeting, users can review the original transcript and translated text. AI meeting notes can summarize key points, decisions and follow-up items.
For organizations, Transync AI Enterprise adds centralized account management, billing and shared terminology. Audio is deleted after processing, meeting text is encrypted and customer data is not used for AI training by default. Further details are available through the Trust Center.
